If you’re a natural health and wellness expert—a yoga teacher, herbalist, psychologist, health practitioner, or doctor you’re probably thinking about writing a book. You'd like to share your knowledge with a wider audience, establish yourself as a thought leader, and grow your brand.

But without the right guidance, direction or a plan, you’re finding it difficult to get started, easy to get stuck and find yourself writing and revising in circles.

You may have tried workshops, conferences, critique groups and more but you still struggle.

This wastes time, money and energy and can turn your enthusiasm for your natural health and wellness book into stress, confusion, and overwhelm.

Imagine How You'd Feel if You Could:

✅ Clarify why your book matters and what problem it solves

✅ Define your holistic method or approach so readers get results

✅ Identify your ideal reader and how to reach them

✅ Build a clear structure that makes writing easier

✅ Write and revise with confidence and momentum

You Can If You Build Strong Roots

Think of a plant. It needs strong roots to grow and thrive. So, do authors. After writing 12 books and working with numerous writers, I've learned that establishing a solid foundation is essential.

You need 3 Elements to start: 1. Your Idea, 2. Your Method, Plan or Approach, and 3. Your Structure or Table of Contents. This gives you clarity whether you're just starting your book or need to revise it because it's not working.

When you get clear about these 3 elements, you establish deep roots that you can count on (and build on) as you write. This helps you move through roadblocks like stress, confusion and overwhelm faster and with more clarity, confidence and ease.

These elements are also the foundation for your book proposal so that you can pitch your book to agents (if you want a traditional publisher) or as a blueprint for your self-published

book.
