It's Time to Write Your Natural Health Self-Help Book.
Do you love Burt’s Bees, Reishi tea, yoga, meditation, Zen wisdom and organic foods? Do you believe in the body’s innate wisdom, living in harmony with nature and treating the whole self, mind-body and spirit? I do too. That's why I'm a book coach and editor who works with writers like you.
If you’re a natural health expert, a yoga teacher, herbalist, acupuncturist, therapist, alternative, holistic, integrative or functional medicine practitioner, you have an impressive breadth of knowledge honed over years of practice but you may not know how to take what you know and turn it into a cohesive, reader-friendly and market-ready self-help book.
Does This Sound Like You?
-
You have a burning desire to share your knowledge, establish yourself as a thought leader, and grow your brand.
-
You're trying to write your book or book proposal on your own but often find yourself stuck, struggling or stressed.
-
You've tried workshops, conferences, critique groups—but what you really need is one on one support.
-
You were excited about writing your book, and channeling the knowledge you have with readers, but now that joy had turned into drudge work (that you now avoid) and you feel stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed. You may even feel shame because you can’t get your book written.
Make Writing Your Book a Joy-Full Experience
When we work together writing your natural health self-help book becomes faster, easier and more Joy-Full. Your mindset is positive because you have direction and purpose. You clearly see a path forward and you follow it. You sustain and build on your passion for your book idea as you write it.
This means that when it’s published, readers feel your passion, joy, and purpose. This changes everything. Your writing is ALIVE.

Hi, I’m Chrystle Fiedler, The Natural Health Book Coach & Editor
When I get on Zoom call with a writer for the first time, I often see and hear stress, fear and overwhelm. Many experts want to write a book but don’t know how. When I got my first book contract in 2009, I didn’t know how either! I was a journalist and content creator so surely that would help, right? It did, to some degree. The rest was trial and error. And not much fun.
Since then I’ve written 12 books and edited and coached many others for Big Five publishers—including Simon & Schuster and Penguin Random House—as well as The Quarto Publishing Group USA, UK, HCI Books and The Collective Book Studio.
As an Author Accelerator certified nonfiction book coach, my superpower is helping author-experts to develop, structure, write, and revise self-help nonfiction to produce reader-friendly and market-ready books that transform lives.
My mission is to save you from stress, fear and overwhelm and help you organize and write your self-help book in a way that transforms you, your readers and the world. Let's talk!

We're a Good Match If You Are:
A natural health and wellness expert and have a burning desire to share what you know to help readers transform their lives and in turn, help heal the world.
If you’re willing to adopt what's known as “beginner’s mind,” which means you're open to the process of book coaching as it unfolds and evolves. This doesn't mean that you shouldn't have an opinion, you should! but it's also helpful to understand what you don't know to learn what you need to know.
This means you’re willing to solve the problems with your book, whether it's defining your idea, method or plan, your book proposal, your pitch or your manuscript. You’re also open to feedback, suggestions, and advice and are willing to make necessary changes to your book proposal and/or book to improve your message as it evolves.
Is it a Good Idea to Write a Book?
Yes! Writing a nonfiction book is a smart move whether you're a yoga teacher, an herbalist, psychologist, doctor or any type of natural health expert. You can share what you know with a wider audience, establish yourself as a thought leader, make an impact and grow your brand.
You Can Use Your Book:
•To help readers transform their lives in a positive way.
•To educate your clients or patients about your method, plan or program. Instead of giving each one handwritten instructions, you can give them a complete approach from A to Z.
•To land interview requests about your subject matter whether it’s for print, radio, the internet, podcasts or TV. This further establishes you as an expert and builds your presence as a thought leader.
•To supersize your content. You can use and repurpose book content for speeches, blog posts, articles, newsletters, in person and on-line courses.
• To help you land speaking gigs. Defining who you are, what you do and what you believe in through your book makes it easier for people to find and book you.
•To give in-person workshops in your hometown, at universities, associations, green companies, organizations. Bonus: You can sell your book to participants too.
•To book consulting gigs with people or organizations who want to know what you know and learn what you have to teach them. Maybe you can teach Buddhist stress reduction techniques or mindfulness meditation to accountants or lawyers or business people.
•And of course, The Big Kahuna: To get booked for a Ted Talk and boost your visibility, way, way up!
